I opened the room & the app shut down the first time I touched the screen! When I reopened, I had lost all of those points and could not play the round (other games would have automatically refunded me since it wasn’t my fault I was unable to play).
The other night, I was playing rooms and I finally earned enough to play the seasonal room. While the issue of the missing tasks was resolved, the game constantly shutting itself down is far from resolved. Update: you have had 2 more updates since the update that caused the issues above. I tried rebooting as other people have suggested but these issues continued. Also, when I am playing a room, it will suddenly shrink to half the size and will not permit me zoom in. The game has closed unexpectedly several times. I play this game daily but since the update, the tasks are missing from the left side.
